For Notaries in Hudson & Essex County, NJ

Join M Notary Network

Empowering Signatures, Empowering Lives.

We receive more signing requests than one notary can serve. When we cannot personally take a job, we route it to vetted, insured notaries in our network. Receive local signings, keep your notarial fee, and work your own hours.

Mobile notary, loan signing, hospital and bedside, and estate signings across Hudson and Essex County.

How It Works

Three simple steps from application to payout.

Apply and Verify

Submit your active New Jersey notary commission, Errors and Omissions insurance, and identification. We review and approve qualified notaries.

Get Matched

Accept signings near you that fit your schedule, your service area, and your credentials. Take the jobs you want, decline the ones you cannot.

Complete and Get Paid

Travel to the signer, notarize, and record your journal. You keep your notarial fee. A small platform dispatch fee applies to the travel portion.

Fair and Transparent

You keep your statutory notarial fee in full. A ten percent platform dispatch and technology fee applies only to the travel and convenience portion of each job. Every fee is shown clearly before you accept.

Important: Notaries in the network notarize signatures only. We do not provide legal advice or prepare documents, and neither do you on our behalf. You always have the right to decline a signing if a signer does not appear willing, aware, or able to sign. For hospital and bedside work, confirming the signer's awareness and willingness is part of every job.
